My husband and I are 22&23 and first-time homebuyers, so we know absolutely nothing about buying a home and we felt so overwhelmed at first. tldr; When rates come down, I'll be refinancing with Bryan at Preferred Rate! Bryan is very talented, experienced, and creative. He offers a lot of perspective and was an invaluable team member alongside my realtor and attorney. He is skilled at structuring different loan products, offering different solutions, and packaging numbers in a way that makes sense. Additionally, he has a wide network in the real estate world (he has been in real estate, commercial and/or residential, for over two decades), and was the person who introduced me to the realtor I selected for this process. Bryan's business is 100% referral (I can't confirm that obviously, but I was referred to Bryan by a wealth advisor friend, so I believe it!), further underscoring the importance of network. When selecting a lender, it's also important to select someone who can get results within their organizations. Bryan has a lot of tenure within Preferred Rate, so when things are tied up in internally, he knows the levers to turn to get results for his clients.
