If youve never tried a Pilates reformer class please do. You will not regret it! The first intro class is free, no obligation. Im so blessed that Ive discovered this form of exercise, it not only benefits your body but your mind as well. Pilates is beneficial to any age, or exercise level. After your first class youll be hooked!
