        Absolutely amazing place for a new workout routine! I have done 3 classes - 2 private sessions & 1 special event class - and all 3 left me wanting to go back for more! Keesha is fabulous & definitely pumps you up to helping you hit your goals & moves in the class. It is a welcoming & empowering atmosphere & I look forward to doing more classes here!

      Whether you're starting with our level 1 bungee fitness class or returning for levels 2 and 3, you're guaranteed to have a good time at our studio. Clients love moving with us because: We promote a safe, nonjudgemental environment We make allowances for people with specific physical and medical conditions We make sure our clients are comfortable before advancing to the next level Participants must be at least 14 years old and weigh at least 100 pounds. Our current upper weight limit is 250 pounds. We accept all major credit cards.Call now to learn more about our fitness classes in the Moline, IL and Quad Cities areas.
