    The property was disgusting and not maintained at all. So much so that I gladly paid $2000 to terminate my lease early. Building was not secure, there was a constant flood in the mail vestibule that ruined multiple pieces of my mail. The icing on the cake was four months after my lease had ended and I followed procedure to the letter, they sent me to collections even though they never tried to collect my supposed debt. I disputed it with all the documentation I'd saved because I knew better than to trust management and the collections account was removed from my credit report within hours. Shady management in a building that would be better off demolished.

    Every time it rains, the front lobby gets a huge puddle of water in it, which could quite likely cause a mold problem very soon, and packages/mail also get wet. Plus, when the humidity is high for several days in a row, the lobby door swells and will not close, which makes it quite easy for someone to walk in and remove as many packages as they can carry. This issue has been ongoing, and no one seems willing or able to address it. The present management company is even worse than the previous one. The previous company at least had a gentleman by the name of Rafet, and his family maintaining the building. The owners should have found a way to keep him. At present, the building is not secure, and the rent keeps going up. For the rent that's paid, people should be able to feel, at the very least, like their packages are safe from theft and water damage. Eight months later, the response from the owner is simply false narrative. No work has been done on the front door, except to in essence put a band-aid on a transplant case...I just retrieved a package from the lobby that was soaking wet from...you guessed it, lying in a puddle of water. Several other packages are lying in the puddle as well, and the front door STILL does not lock, leaving our packages and our homes at risk for anyone to walk in off the street. I guess it's too much to ask to actually get the secure building they want us to pay for. The ONE bright spot in Pinnacle/Reverb Oak Park management is the maintenance man for the building. Stacey is the absolute BEST. He's always prompt for maintenance appointments, transparent about the work he's performing and about any additional work that may need to be done. Stacey is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and personable...he has an excellent work ethic, to the point where he is the complete opposite of what this current management company has proven itself to be over the past year.     PROCEED WITH CAUTION. What is clearly terrible management prevented me from even viewing either of the reverb locations, in Berwyn or Oak Park. They have hours listed on their website, which clearly have no bearing on reality. On two separate days, I attempted to call their office number at least 10 times. I left a message over the weekend which was never returned. The Berwynn location lists one of their tenants phone numbers on the outside of the building for UPS and delivery services. Being that they will not answer their phone, this tenant has been bombarded with phone calls. Thankfully she was nice enough to meet me downstairs and explain that no one had been in the office for several days and that she had no idea where they might be. At that point the tenant removed her phone number from the window, probably a good call.
