        This is a moderately process hotel that feels like you are staying on a super cheap hotel. You will save money by staying here and spend too much on a room here at the same time. Rooms: The rooms here are not as polished as you might hope for. I was both glad and concerned when I was told that I would like my room on the 5th floor because you can control your own heat and air conditioning there (dogs that mean that there are rooms here where you can not control it?) Noteworthy details: Housekeeping never came to my room. Not once in 5 days did anyone clean anything. I am not sure if you need to put in a request for them to come. I just know that they did not. There are gambling machines in the lobby that are busy all evening. If you leave that area, it feels like the rest of the hotel is empty and dark and forgotten about. People stand right outside the front doors and smoke. I mean RIGHT OUTSIDE. They lean on the doors and you can't get through.

        I really like the location of this hotel. The daytime front desk staff were pleasant people. The nighttime young man was alright but pretty useless if you have a problem. A couple of rooms down had a dog that barked for hours, and he wouldn't do anything about it. They don't serve breakfast until 7am, which is an hour later than most places I stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 1st floor hallway and elevators stank. Almost like some nasty Indian food or something. It was terrible. I was there for several weeks and it never went away. The swimming pool was drained but the smal gym was available. There were always some cringy looking people playing the slot machines by the front desk but I never had any problems with them. A little over priced but this hotel felt very safe, and I would stay again.

        03 -09 -2024 I stayed here the lady at front desk was very nice and polite on 2024 March 9 and checked out March 10 they didn't not tell me about $100.00 deposit when I booked the hotel room and I never received the $100.00 deposit on my card
