Lived here since feb 2022 and have been pretty happy with everything. Maintenance is very responsive, Kevin always seems to be assigned to my requests hes always quick and very helpful to resolve our problems. Office needs improvement with communication but overall very happy!

It is rennovated that is for sure. But the office would not even pick up a single call. I have been trying to connect with the staff for about a week and still no reply or a message back even after leaving a voice message. Please get back to me since somebody is at least getting back to people on here and replying about their reviews.

Am happy i moved here. Good place to live. Updated after 3 years living in Albion on northwest palatine Illinois I want to give a shoutout to starting with the management Nancy, my consultant Nathan and the maintenance team for making my stay here in this complex like a forever home Thank for caring about tenants and for doing a good and professional job .

Would give it 5 stars but unfortunately the carelessness of management is very sad. Lived here since 2014 went through several owners. The renovation of the complex is beautiful. Its a fairly safe area and Ive never had any issues until now. I seen posts about stolen packages. There is a package room which is nice although half the time I have to contact luxer one to send me a code because the carriers dont scan the packages in. Not all carriers are aware of the package room and sometimes when ordering items there isnt an option to put in to deliver there so they end up delivering to the tenants building. I recently got a package stolen less than 24 hours of it being delivered to my building. I contacted management and they could care less and tell you its a police matter. Obviously theft is a police matter but also management should be more concerned that there are tenants living in the units they placed them in stealing packages. Something like this is and should be termination of lease. Shouldnt have to worry about something like this. So overall never had an issue but this issue did annoy me as this is something on going and the package room is a great deal but not all carriers deliver there. Maybe cameras in the foyer would stop people from stealing from buildings or at least catch them. Theres cameras everywhere else for security purposes building entrances especially by the mailboxes should be surveillanced.
