        After a terrible experience with Mr Rooter, Shaun came over and made it right. A+ customer service, on time, provided a ton of education and referrals for our problem. After being quoted 13k (!) to fix the issue by Mr Rooter, and Shaun fixing it for 215, I'd say I'll be a customer for life and will recommend this company to family and friends.
