Chicago Dental Implants & Oral Surgery

If I could give a 0 I would. I made an appointment and the doctor had to cancel for being sick. No big deal, doctors get sick too. My complaint is with the customer service. I rescheduled and then get a confirmation with a different time than the rep stated. I called them to see what was the correct time and the lady was very defensive. She claimed all the changes were due to what I wanted. Then she asked me if I wanted to keep my appointment and I said I was unsure so she said Then Ill just cancel it. She had no right to make that decision. I really dont want to go there now. Its very disappointing because I dont have many oral surgeons in my network to choose from.

Dr. Sean Moghadam and his surgical assistant (my apologies for not catching your name, Miss!) were phenomenal! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Sean has been so patient and personable. He explained everything to me in great details and encouraged me to ask questions. I felt comfortable around him and his staff. They also made sure that Im still greatly taken care of after my oral surgery. Thank you very much for everything! :)

Dr. Sean was amazing the nurse and anesthesiologist as well! I kept putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed due to fear but there was nothing to be scared of, recovery went well. I was very swollen which was expected. The worse part was eating a soft food diet lol, never eating mashed potatoes again.
