This truck attempted to run my wife off the road. I dont know what made him angry enough to do that. She was calling 911 crying, and try not to crash her car. The driver of this truck tail gated her, and then followed her each time she tried to get away. When they stopped at the light, the driver used his external speaker to yell profanity at her. Police report have been made, and i hope this driver can be identified. They work or own this company bc the logo on the truck, and the truck turned onto the same street where this company located. That is not how you want to advertise your business and acting like an idiot.

Needed a jump start and they arrived quickly and got my SUV fired up and back on the road. Their driver was extremely nice, polite, and knowledgeable. My company and I will for sure use them again. Thanks guys, for all of your help!

Terrible communication and service. I have road side assistance and upon needing a tow it was assigned to this company. Reported it to my insurance at 1:20 pm then at 1:30 pm spoke directly with the company and was given a 60minute ETA. After waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes I received a call from the driver telling me it would be another 45 minutes. First he said their company did not get the call from my insurance until just then. When I said thats untrue I spoke to your office at 1:30. He then switched the reason to he was in new lenox because he just finished a drop off there and it shows him he is only 45 minutes away from me. I said ok. Another hour elapsed and the driver called me to tell me that it will be another hour. I asked why if he was 45 minutes away over an hour ago already and he said that they were short drivers only him and one other guy. I asked if they could dispatch the other person then. He said no so I called the office. Upon speaking with the office I was told that they fired an employee earlier and were short drivers. Then I was told last customer changed their drop off to new lenox and that was why the additional hour. I said no because he was already dropping off in new lenox when he called me an hour ago. Basically sounds like the company was accepting jobs when they knew they did not have enough staff to cover the calls. I was told there is nothing they can do and I would have to wait another hour making it over 3 1/2 hours waiting. Ive used roadside many times and never encountered such bad service with any other company. To top it off the office personnel was rude at least the driver was apologetic the first call. I called my insurance who determined this was in acceptable they cancelled the request and assigned it to another company which arrived within 15 minutes.
