        This has been a horrible experience! I am in the hotel as we speak! Being an IHG member I find this extremely disappointing! From a young child running through the halls at 11 at night until all hours . Teenage girls yelling slamming doors and blasting music outside our window! Heater does not work! Had to open window in room because heat would not shut off! Called the from desk 7 ex no answer , went to desk no one there! We will never recommend this location again! I wont even get into the filthy room!

        This place is kind of a dump. Looks like it hasn't been updated in 30 years. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub filthy. The room was stained and beaten up. Finger nail clippings on the carpet. Dark and cheaply decorated. The bed frame had deep scratch marks all over it. Free breakfast was rock-hard biscuits and burnt eggs. I passed. For 148 a night on a Tuesday and the name brand, I expected more.

        My wife and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again.... We are from Chicago but we needed to get away and spend some time together... This place was that place to do just that.... Thank you staff....

        All 5 stars from us! We traveled from Minnesota to Chicago for the weekend & found this place to stay a little outside of the city, we ended up staying 2 nights here & got us a suite the 2nd night. Staff was absolutely amazing & welcoming, as well as housekeepers. We will absolutely be back if we plan to come again! I left my iPhone & realized it 3 hours out of town, I called & Cindy picked up- she was quick to find my phone, get it packaged & shipped out to me. Very nice genuine woman. I am so so grateful. Also this is a very nice community. Great location. Great prices. Great rooms. All around my experience was worth it. Thank all of you for such a great staycation! See you again! Shout out too Cindy too! Thank you lady! You are wonderful

        i order a room December 22 the last month of 2023... The worst experience the Asian lady at the front desk was rude talk to me with no respect threaten me... make my kids afraid of her screaming look like she stressful... I would not never come back and i see why it empty... They need more good and respectful and friendly staff...
