Yadira is honesty the best , I love her work always my 1st choice the only person I trust my hair with and knows I’m tender headed so sweet and patient if you go get your hair done here I highly recommend Yadira and omg the front desk girl is so sweet I luv it here 🤩

So this is what you get for sitting in a chair from 930-430. My request was to cover up my gray and touch up my blonde highlights I already had in my hair. The instructor (Middle Aged with straight blonde hair) gave incorrect instructions to the students and covered ALL my highlights. She did not cover the gray and then proceeded to give me this “lovely” haircut. Since she didn’t cover the gray they had to go back and complete a root touch up afterwards. She didn’t bother to tell me she was leaving and left me in the hands of another student to finish the job. When I asked for a manager nobody was available. I asked if anyone else in charge could discuss and I was told to call back tomorrow. 70 bucks and now I need to pay to have it fixed by a real professional. Scary that this instructor is teaching her students. BEWARE as this is not the same place it used to be. I have been coming here for over 5 years and this is now the second time this same instructor has ruined my color.
