    I will make an attempt to make some constructive criticism so that maybe it will help the owner of this company and all of his employees. 1) Email responsiveness was very poor from the beginning. I never got ANY responses for some of my emails. Email responses did not answering my questions. There is no security deposit confirmation email/phone call. 2) My description on what needs to be moved, how glass should be covered(with boxed paper), and what I need help with at a storage facility was completely ignored and moves had no info of any kind from the owner. Movers came completely unprepared and this created a lot of confusion. 3) Please be on time. 20min late is unacceptable. If I call the owner 10min after movers are not here, and he is telling me "few more min" like this is not a big deal. 10 more min go by and the movers pull their truck and stand there for 5min staring at me, something is off with the business. I confirmed that it will be exactly 10am the day prior. 3) NO shoe covers. I was clear that only three items needed to be moved(not moving from house to house). Please invest in shoe covers. 4) Save mover's teeth by investing into at least one Packing Tape Gun. It goes a long way. It was hard watching them bite duct tape all the time. 5) Provide proper training to your employees. Why do I need to argue about every little thing that I ask moves to do? I have simple requests and they fail to follow them and then argue with me telling me I should be doing something else. This is not how it works. 6) As an owner, if you come to see me in-person after the move. Do not under any circumstances ask me to tip your drivers. If you have forgotten everything that I mentioned to you and made a mistake every step of the way, have proper expectations. Again, this is not how things work. Please take care of your employees and your future customers. Running a business is not easy if you don't have proper systems and processes in place.

    Do not recommend. This moving company damaged our property while moving items for tenants in the building and did not take care or safety precautions to ensure this wouldnt happen. When I reached out to the company with photos of the damages and a request for replacement ($30-$40 nothing outlandish) they answered a couple emails and then completely stopped responding. I was emailing them for months to get this handled and still havent heard back since last year when my request for an update went ignored. Very unprofessional in my opinion that they would not take this seriously.
