        They denied me a cup of free water after I had bought something... also one time they had mold on the bread.. and another time they denied a coupon I had. Don't come to this store. Terrible experience.

        Employees are rude to everyone and wouldn't give me a cup of water even though i bought a sandwich.

        I have never seen more horrible service to a customer. They close the soda machine so students cannot get their rightful refill. They treat you with so much disrespect and disregard of being a customer. They talk to you in such a rude manner, and have told me to go to downtown Chicago for refills because they won't let us. They dissapear behind doors and don't bother to come out for the customers waiting to order in line. There have been times where I have been overcharged for food I never payed. I hope these problems can be solved and taken care of because this Subway had a bad repuatation.
