        I am on the board of directors of the condominium in Buffalo Grove IL. We had a bad situation with another GC who bailed out of the contract on a short notice and we were approaching fall and needed our roof work done ASAP. We had another recommendation for JSMM to do this work and I am so happy that we did hire them as they understood our situation and agreed to do the job for us in a timely manner. The entire process of explaining their work process, submitting the estimate, review, sign off and most importantly the work itself was done very professionally, paying attention to all details and questions that we had and following through on every aspect of the job. Jonathan was very responsive and our communication was very streamlined. It was a win win for everybody. We are very happy with our new roof, gutters and EIFS repairs. Service: Roof installation
