For my small project they weren't communicative. I wanted a side menu like the ones in the Duda template. They asked for the payment up front, then after payment I didn't hear anything from them. No eta...no nothing. I had to reach out to find out if they had started the project or was it already completed because no one communicated to me after I sent the payment. Finally after a few weeks someone reached out advised it was complete, but it wasn't what I asked for. It was a stationary side menu, but I wanted one that slides independently (like on Duda's template). They advised that what I wanted would cost a lot of money, and when I suggested something different...like just a frame that slides, I received no response. So in short, I'm sure they do good work for large clients, but for my small project, they were bad communicators, and they didn't seem to set the correct expectations before the project began. ------- Update -------- Olive Street did contact me and realize that things could've been communicated better and had their developer contact me to see if there were any other solutions. Although the developer wasn't able to provide any solutions, I am editing the review from 2 stars to 4 stars on the principle that at least they reached out and attempted.

They have been doing our email blast for many years. They are the best! They also have a great team thats super responsive!

This is an amazing company to work with. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable when collaborating on any website. They're always welcoming and encouraging of learning new things everyday to improve.
