If they had a hotel shuttle to the train, that would have been ideal. Otherwise, nice, new and close enough during a much needed stay Online check in was extra nice especially if you are stressed out from traveling, very grateful for that on the mobile app. The weather was cold but that's about as expected for the area for the time of year

We stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. I lost a room key and they just gave me a new one without any issues. The breakfast is one of the best l've seen in a long time. Lots of food and drink options. We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Hotel is perfect but the "free" wifi is so slow it is painful. It is slower than the government computers! Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and stores

Great experience! One of the best Hiltons Ive stayed in. Its very easy to find as theres three other hotels in the same lot. Friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast. Clean room. The pool was working (wonderful bathtub temp) and they had a business center and workout room. We stayed in the mini suite (king bed). It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the extra space in the mini suite for the 4 nights we stayed there. There was extra space for the food area, couch area, and there was even a designated work area which worked out great as this was a working vacation. Would definitely get this room type again. Nearby activities: Only 58 minutes to outskirts of Chicago. Right next door to Gurnee (the neighboring town with other food options). Theres also Libertyville, Lake Forest, and Highland Park not too far (around 15-20 minutes).
