I literally cannot recommend Laser International highly enough. Brian Chandler was my contact there, and he was terrific. An international move can be daunting, but he explained the process very clearly from start to finish. He was immediately responsive to calls and emails. Across the board, the service from Laser and their contractors in the US and the UK was exceptional. The movers who packed and transferred my property from my storage unit in New York to the shipping company were lightening fast, efficient, and did a fabulous job of repacking my things to make them secure for the overseas journey. The moving company in the UK was amazing. When my application for customs relief was denied, they helped me keep my costs way down, and didnt charge me for storage while I sorted it out. In addition to all of this, their rates are extremely reasonable. If you need to move countries, you cant do better than Laser.

I have been working with Dustin from the beginning for a move from Texas to Zurich. He was very pro-active but never pushy and always reachable. He was upfront about potential challenges in today's situation, provided guidance and answered any questions. My fear was that once the contract was signed, I will be left alone, but that was certainly not the case with Dustin. He was still engaged and always available. The moving crew in both countries did a great job and I was kept informed and was able to track my container. I can only recommend Laser International and would book them again. But more so, I really want to thank Dusting for all his support.

We were happy with this service as they answered all questions and made it very easy to move some things to Portugal out of the USA after my mother passed. I am very happy with the service and would use them again. The pricing is a bit high but not having to deal with customs is worth it. Everything arrived packed well and within a reasonable time frame. Dustin and Nikki were both great with communication as well as quick to respond and also followed up!

First: the entire moving experience beginning with Brian/Laser Moving was professional, friendly, organized, easy to work with in order to understand the process, and informative all the way through to the international company that Laser partners with. Second: we've made several moves and this is the ONLY move in which our stuff was handled so delicately (literally each plastic bin was wrapped in cushioned paper to protect the contents) with everything (so far that we've opened) arriving unharmed. It's hard to believe that the boxes traveled across the ocean. When I've opened some of the boxes the contents don't look shook up at all. (Even with the cost of the shipment I honestly expected it to arrive in a mess.) Third: the moving crews that picked up our goods in Virginia including the final unloading crew that delivered our household goods to our home in Portugal were fantastic! Quick, efficient, and friendly.
