The Residences at The Playfair

I moved to the unit 410 and cant put in words how regretful I am to decide to move here. They have a problem with the pipes which makes a loud noise during the night and it is impossible to sleep. I have complained about that with the maintenance team, and they simply do not fix it. There are MONTHS that I am complaining about this problem and they simply dont fix it! If you are considering to move to this building, reconsider that because if you have any problem on your apartment, they dont care about you.

Great place to live! It's super close to everything, and it's centered in a very walkable and accessible community. The quality of the apartment is amazing, and we have had no complaints whatsoever. Management and maintenance are probably the best I've had at any apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

The location is superb honestly one of the best spots in carmel. The actual apartments are also quite nice and the common areas are well maintained. The office staff is very quick to respond with any questions and as far as new construction goes I have yet to hear any neighbors other than when they are in the hallway so either I have the quietest neighbors ever or the apartments are nicely insulated.

I have loved living at The Playfair. The staff is so great! They are very helpful and understanding of a new puppy. I adopted a dog who has separation anxiety and had a hard time adjusting. The location is perfect! Lots of bars and places to eat in walking distance. Such a great spot and love living here!

Has been a great place to live! Great community of residents. Responsive staff. Great location dining, walking etc off the Monon!
