        I Just came from A&J auto repair. My fiance thought she could smell anti freeze so I figured I should get it checked out. Josh pressure checked coolant system and searched for leaks and found none. No charge for inspection. Nice guy great shop. I will be back if I need any work done in the future.

        My car broke down 1 mile from them. My steering column arm needed fixed a nut came off. They said they wouldn't touch the car cause they didn't want to be blamed if something was eased up on it from my x working on it. I will not recommend them at all!!!

        Nothing against the people here or the service they provideas you can read by the high ratings it seems like everything will be ok if you choose this place. One thing to be aware of is this place will not service your vehicle if you bring your own parts. Customer hostile in that context. Regardless if those parts are purchased from the dealer or 3rd party. They will force you to buy parts through them or will refuse to service your vehicle. To me that's a deal breaker. Even the dealers will service your vehicle if you provide your own parts.

      Mandy sorry you feel that way about us. Your vehicle was never at our facility and believe this is an unfair review. You called when we were finishing up a customer vehicle that needed it back that day and did not have any time to fit you in unfortunately. You quoted "My ex worked on my car and now it's broken because he did not do it right" Unfortunately we were running out of time that day to get you fixed and as you described there were broken parts from previous repairs done by your ex and that would take more time than a usual repair. It all comes down to there was not enough time in the day and that is why we feel this review was unfair.

      Ryan, I'm sorry we could not help you with a service on your vehicle due to wanting to bring your parts. Auto repair insurance will not cover any liability that may arise with us installing customer parts. Due to that, it is company policy to only install quality parts purchased through us. We offer a 2-year 24k mile nationwide warranty with all repairs done with us and that would be impossible to offer customers that supply their parts. As you said in your one-star review we have a high rating on Google and awesome service! We strive to be the best and continue to do so. Reviews like this bring our rating down and I hope you can understand how this may hurt a business. Have a great day and hope for the best for you in your future auto repairs.
