First Harrison Bank

My husband and I have been using this bank for over a decade and we've yet to have an issue that couldn't be resolved. We've never had any staff be rude in anyway. I pray that what these other reviewers are saying never happen to us.

I have a bank account with them and they refuse to give me change, they said I wanted to much change. All I wanted was some 10s and quarters. I have half a mind to close my account and do my banking somewhere else. Have never been treated this way at the other branches so I will never come back to this one

DO NOT GET A HOME LOAN HERE! They do not tell you the loan wont be through them. My home loan has changed hands 4 TIMES! All within 1.5 years. They will make you feel stupid and tell you this is common and you should have read the fine print. Ive had several loans through first Harrison and other banks and this has never happened. Especially 4 times. I bank with a local bank cause I want my financials local. I will no longer get loans through FHB. They are becoming just as bad as the big banks. To be fair the teller staff is very great.
