        The plumber they sent was great, I think his name was Zachary. He fixed my well pump in 15 minutes. Thankfully it was the control box and not the well pump itself. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was because this is the first time Ive ever had to use a plumber as my husband usually fixes everything. But his back was out so he wasnt able. It was 509$ to replace the control box which is pretty crazy expensive to me. I know that part isnt more than 200$ and thats on the high end. I just feel thats a lot of money to swap out a part. I was expecting like maybe 3-400$ at most. Other than the price Im very happy with the tech they sent. He was great and knew what he was doing.

        Regarding your reply it wasnt the service I was upset with but the price breakdown I asked forcTech was on time gave us a price of 142.00 But no breakdown just told us our 50.00 was included I cant believe you charge that much for labor Cause flapper is only 13-18.00

        Came on worst day of year even back of his truck frozen.. 5 below zero found bad pipe and fixed it way under house in crawl space and done very fast.. highly recommended courteous and professional
