When I was a kid the place was much more organized, obviously kids were running around getting in the way. Now though, these children are doing literally whatever and the staff just lets it happen, I saw a kid almost jump on top of another kids spine in the foam pit, theres multiple children in the foam pit right next to the edge while other children jump over them it does not look safe.

Me my family had an awesome time here at sky zone!! Have a lot to offer and the kids really had a blast! The staff was really courteous and helpful!! We are elite members so we are definitely coming back!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because i think they need to hire more help to run the concession stand. Had one guy running it for a while and he was getting swamp taking orders and making food. He was apologetic for the long wait but I understand he was trying. And I really appreciate that! But overall a great place to take the kids when its crappy outside or even whens its not. Thank you guys for a great place have fun as a family!!

This is a fun place for kids they love to jump around and they have a good time.the only thing is there is no place for adults that aren't jumping to sit and relax why their kids have fun. This place in Fort Wayne Indiana has 6 small tables right in front of that little eating snack bar and everybody always has them saved what their Coats and their shoes and purses and no other place for anyone to sit. You would think with as many people as there are that come to sky zone here with their kids, you would have somewhere for the older people that can't jump but want to experience this with their kids would have somewhere to sit this is absolutely not right you guys really need to do this better.
