        This place is dirty the maintenance people dont know how to speak to people .. they telling me I have to replace my microwave that has been broke since I got it the apt . Took them months to fix anything else in the apt complex that Ive been calling about I just cant believe how they handle their business zero stars for this company. Dont live here yeah it might be cheap but theres roaches everywhere no one cares. The company is ignorant . They also have a big mice problem.. spending my earned money on problems that I shouldnt even be taking care of !! Baldwin creek is such a joke o hope you guys run out of business and shut this place DOWN

        Do not live there!!!!! The place is mice and roach infested!!! I lived there wouldve been 9yrs but they refused to renew my lease because I complained a lot about the mice and roaches issues. I called neighborhood code so many times on them. When you a put work order they will give you the run around make you pay for something that you dont need. The maintenance and the staff in the office our lazy! They refused to their job! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THE APARTMENT IS NICE INSIDE BUT INFESTED WITH MICE AND ROACHES.
