Coventry Meadows is a beautiful community! The staff members are friendly and attentive to the residents. Jeremy, the Director of Admissions is very helpful and easy to talk to!

Food is terrible and portions are small Toilet broken for two days on two different occasions Trash with soiled disposables would be left for days Call light would go unanswered for an hour or more Rooms are terribly small for two people Medications are not given as prescribed, one out of three doses were skipped

I'd love to rate staff individually, but I can't. Those absolutely wonderful attentive nursing et supportive staff members make it great like Lisa, whose been working on the rehab side for our lovely personality. Other members of the staff have been less than pleasant to try speaking with when we need information or things. Shout out to Lisa! So many of us have nothing but lovely positive thoughts et things to say and compliment you about that sets you apart from the rest. Some of the aides like Georgette C. also that we've had the pleasure of seeing on our times here have Been timely, caring and attentive when we use the call light et of couse others..not so much. Places seem to always have the go to and above et beyond staff member and we agree..Lisa, you're positively the IT at Coventry Meadows Rehab. You are the go to person we all love along with our personality that must be there for a time. I hope Coventry Meadows Rehab staff et higher ups know how absolutely blessed they are to have some excellent staff that excell at their positions.
