        Amazing job! Great staff and great service! I got my ingrown toenails removed and the process was fast although a bit painful at first but Dr. Made sure I stayed calm.

        The Receptionist was nice thats the only positive thing I can say about them. The Nurse and the Doctor were extremely unfriendly and borderline rude! The Doctor literally spent about 2 minutes with me and almost ran out of the office. I had to almost yell to catch him because he left me locked in the seat! The Nurse ignored me and the Doctor said unprofessional we dont do that here to a question I asked. Corporate told me all their offices had the same equipment which is untrue. STAY AWAY FROM THE FRANKLIN LOCATION!!!!!!!!

        The office triple books each appointment slot. They rush, rush, rush you through. Doctor Warnock was extremely rough when clipping my nails for my diabetic foot care. I had to check my toes afterward to make sure they werent bleeding. Then he said ok youre done and I was left to see myself out. He didnt check my feet for cracks or sores. He didnt ask me any questions. This was supposed to be diabetic foot care. If I just wanted my toenails clipped Id get a pedicure. Do not recommend.
