        Place is quiet to leave and safe as will. No much requirements for you to qualify. But They did not pay the referal bonos to the person who refered me. Reported several times the roaches, they have sprayed but still coming back.

        Ive been renting here for almost a year. Worst part about living here is the laundry mat. Its absolutely disgusting. Every time I come into the laundry mat theres always a mess like this. Not to mention they dont keep up with the machines either. Does it kill to clean a little?
