I have been living here a year now. They are great with response and communication. Maintenance response very well and Ali is the best.

Was looking for a place a did the application like around April 2023 and I never heard anything back so by that time I already got a place but they took $200 from me and canceled my application and I didnt even know it was canceled until I checked and recently I called just to see what wassup and somebody answered and I told them what happened and they said they would call back and they never did. The money part its kinda messed because I noticed others experienced the same thing. You never know what others are dealing with.

I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to. Ill start with the positive, the only reason this place deserves one star is that the maintenance guys are friendly, and the rent is good!, they get you on trash and other added on fees but other than that I would not recommend this place as a home to anyone. I talked to someone the day before moving in and when I got here they told me I couldn't move in until tomorrow and that I couldn't use my bedroom for 2 more days. I signed a lease months before this. Then the pool, an amenity that I pay for, was never open and the reasoning was the chemicals weren't right in the pool and they didn't want to fix it. The amount of packages that get stolen from your front door is ridiculous, and now I have a big mouse problem. The last thing I think worth mentioning is that there is broken glass all over the road outside and near the dumpster. I have only lived here 5 months and the laundry list of problems never seem to end.
