Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise

The car selection was low but it was spring break. We had an issue with the windshield wipers smersing in the windshield the whole trip and when I told Carlos about the issues we had he was genuinely sorry and it was refreshing. Honestly I have had much better vehicles from other rental places but I would return to enterprise because the staff especially Carlos is amazing.

Amazing team. Carlos took care of me, Very professional and excellent customer. He is very kind, flexible, and accommodating. He followed me to work and the paperwork there. Very helpful for me and accommodating. Thank you! Enterprise on 96th St. Keep bringing people like Carlos!

I gave the review but Iooks like this staff is not good at responding people question. I rented a car and I left the ez pass sticker from the car and contacted 3 times to branch they said car is not here i understood once it will be there we will be contacted but after I spoke to them they rented the car 3 times to other people and never notified me its good that all the user were traveling locally and did not use my ez pass sticker on the mirror . Very very disgusting experience with dealing to mostly all the care less staff there. Yet I have not heard anything from them despite calling 4 times they wanted to take money from your pocket and meet their selling target per day nobody is paying attention to the customer query at this location
