Elite Clean Steamers

Scheduled carpet cleaning. Service man couldnt understand any English. I do literally mean he couldnt understand anything so he had to call his boss to translate. I spoke with his boss on the phone and he was very unprofessional and said he couldnt provide services because we asked that they clean under our beds as well. He said to go to another company. So disappointed. We spent all morning emptying our rooms and cleaning. Weve had Stanley steamers out numerous times and they have always cleaned under the beds so we just wanted to confirm elite would do the same. We ended up calling Stanley out and they were cheaper and are always amazing. Not sure how we had such a bad experience with such a highly rated company.

Had two different appointments scheduled and they didnt show up or call for either of them. The second appointment they actually did call me to see if they could come earlier. I said yes, and then they proceeded to never show up Update: Dwayne blocked my number so now I cant get in touch with him

Where are all these good reviews coming from??? DeWayne Was Rude and had a bad Attitude. On the website it states THEY are able to move furniture, but he came alone, So I offered for me and my son to move the couch so that he could clean under it since Im PAYING for 4 ROOM cleanings and he immediately caught an attitude and said he doesnt do that. And didnt want to wait for us to simply move a couch and a love seat out the way and one bed in the back room. All the other furniture in the other rooms was okay to clean around. It would have taken less than 10 seconds. But Then once he started his machine it was broke and water flew everywhere, then asked Me if he could go and get the machine fixed and come back! But had an attitude about me moving a couch so he can do the job I was paying for. I changed my mind on waiting for him to come back that day not knowing how long it would take. So I had him get his equipment he was trying to leave in my living room. I called him back today to try and reschedule and give him another chance but this Man hung up on me!! Im just Baffled! So UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a cleaning scheduled for Sunday morning- scheduled almost a week in advance. When the technician didn't show up for two hours , I texted the confirmation number (because their phones were not working), and got a response that they were closed and the system shouldn't have let me book. I explained that I called and was given this time and date and shared myconfirmation screenshot in a text. They apologized and said that the technician tested positive for COVID and I should have been cancelled. They had no alternative, no offer to reschedule or discount. Big waste of the and lack of care.
