Brian B (didnt catch his last name) was incredible. I was NOT happy with my last experience and was wanting to leave Verizon because of it. Brian helped me out with everything. We found out I havent been getting part of my plan for sometime now and he called and made sure they put a ticket in for me to fix it. I appreciate honestly and not just trying to sell you something. I needed to return something and he instantly was able to do that and understood my reasoning for not wanting it. I can tell he genuinely wanted to help me and I did not get that feeling last time. He deserves a praise. I wish I could do more besides this review but thank you again Brian!!

Verizon sucks Brian does not, Brian was amazing. I have been getting scammed by Verizon since I started this service. They turned my service off due too several of their mistakes. But even after being told no Brian made my request possible and did everything in his power to get me reconnected
