VERY IMPORTANT: Stephanie Wade at the E. Washington Branch is the most professional, detailed oriented, and personal banker/branch manager I have ever dealt with. She is the embodiment of both helpful and successful . Let me explain, we walked in randomly inquiring about auto loans and we werent sure who we would choose at the time. After only 20 MINUTES Stephanie walked us through EVERY OPTION assured us that IMCU was competitive in rates, and ADVISED US Of the car dealerships shady tactics to over charge for insurance, warranties, coverages and more! She gave us more affordable and trust worthy options going straight through IMCU at a fraction of the cost and better coverage options! I know have 2 auto loans with Stephanie and I got my mom a loan as well BECAUSE I TRUST HER. If every business had a STEPHANIE WADE the world would function like a well oiled machine. She is also knowledgeable in other areas of the business such as Mortgage rates and refinance. I will most definitely be a return guest! YOUR MAKING A MISTAKE IF YOU DONT REACH OUT TO HER FOR 5 MINUTES OF HER TIME BEFORE MAKING FINANCIAL/BANKING DECISIONS.

Indiana Members Credit Union is a great financial institution but the service representative (Glenda) is Amazing. She is professional, personal, kind and simply amazing. If you want a personal banker go to Indiana Members CU on Mitthoefer Rd. and East Washington St
