        I called the number on the website and was rerouted to a third party emergency dental services that forces you to pay $25 to book an apt. That apt ended up being at their Noblesville location and the dentist cancelled it immediately. EDS has an email only refund policy but their email bounces right back. BEWARE of calling the number listed on the website, I feel scammed and I dont think Ill ever see that $25.

        Nothing annoys me than having to wait for a long time on hold. However, they were apologetic and explained that they were busy. Still got in to see me.

      I'm sorry you had this experience with us. Sometimes when we receive too many phone calls at the same time we do have a backup system that will send calls to our partners to help us to make sure we can help all the patients that call. Next time I hope we can serve you better
