1. Trainers just take over the entire space even when a member is already using a space or piece of equipment. 2. No one ever puts their weights away. 3. Equipment is okay at best

If you are looking for a community that you can reach out to for help, nutritional guidance, best practices for building strength without hurting yourself and a space where you can feel comfortable no matter what you look like, this is THE PLACE. I was on a fitness journey before joining in October 2023 and failing. Over the last 6 months with the guidance of Jamie, Jaeden, Brady, Adam and Andrea I have been able to loose 50lbs of fat and build tone over my whole body- all while being able to increase my calories by almost double compared to what I was eating before! I am so thankful for my time at ARC fitness, the vibes are immaculate, you will not regret your decision when you choose to come here.
