Fire Dawgs Junk Removal

Last week I scheduled for an on-site cleanout for 4/9 at a location we no longer reside at. I told them at the time of the scheduling that I had a 1pm appointment that afternoon and would have to leave around noon. They gave me a 4 hour window from 8am-noon with a 20-30 min call ahead and now being 45mins away, I arrived there at 8am in case I got an early call. At 10:30am I emailed to validate they were still coming and I received confirmation. At 11:30am I still heard nothing and called them. He checked with his crew and last minute tells me that the earliest they could be there was 2pm. Im all for supporting our Veterans and first responders, but this is not acceptable for something booked in advance with a 4-hour window. A complete disrespect of my time and I dont do business like this. I relayed my frustration to our realtor who recommended them. Will be shopping for another service provider.
