Indy Lawn Mowing has, so far, been a very good lawn care service for the price. Their estimate came in under the others by about $10. So far, they spend a lot of time making the lawn look great and cleaning up after themselves. The only minor complaint I would have would be that it was difficult to get in touch with them for a few days. They missed a mow due to rain, and it was tough to get that rectified with the next invoice. Eventually, though, they went above and beyond to make it right. A really good service so far. After 5 no-shows from other providers and me about to go nuts and/or get lost in my crazy overgrown yard... John from Indy Lawn Mowing not only responded but came through. Quick responses, an AMAZING first mow my jungle of a yard, and the price beyond reasonable (seriously, super long). I am impressed and highly recommend. Update 7/31/22 5 stars still stand! Not only does my jungle yard look good, customer service is fantastic. In June, the crew knocked on my door just as storm was darkening to discuss skipping that week (weather and drought), which I completely agreed. They went above and beyond giving me great poison ivy removal tips. Yes, they offered removal service as well, but they were not hardcore about pushing the upsell, appropriate amount of push. : ) Josh is always quick to respond to emails. I missed several emails and my last invoice. Despite this and being only stop this far east, he didn't hesitate to continue service. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
