The absolute worst company. People have to take time off in order to have large appliances delivered in many cases. When you call with 2 hours until your delivery and say that it needs to be rescheduled to another date you have effectively damaged the customer to great ends. I already took one day off, and now you expect me to take another off? I told them to find a better answer as to why they did this to me and call me back. I fully expect not a single call back.... How am I supposed to trust this company in my house when they blatantly don't care about their customers in the first place?

Totally unsatisfied with this company. They were supposed to deliver our washer and dryer on Dec 29th. They contacted us Dec 28th and said they wouldn't be doing the delivery until Jan 9th. We requested to pick the items up and we still haven't heard from them, even though it was approved. Absolutely horrible company.

Did not show up on day of delivery, no phone call, no text. How am I supposed to trust that my product is even being handled correctly. Ok, see they immediately called me after my review. Said they would try to reschedule in the next few days and call me back today. I got no phone call. The entire delivery order was recreated and 6 hrs later I get a text to schedule the delivery 11days later. This shipping company is a joke. Ive seen some bad business in my days and this company is right there with the worst

Updated: I will appreciate the efforts the upper management put in to have my issue resolved. After my review, their management team reached out on my concerns and once I mentioned what was going on, they directly contacted the facility supervisors to get the delivery scheduled. While this was going on, I had another order from them that got delayed as well and they made sure that both of these are now delivered together. Mangement has been in constant touch with us to make sure our issues were resolved. The driving team also went out of their route to have these products delivered to us. We had trouble with installation but they took care of it the next day as well. Original post: If zero was an option, I would be giving that. Very rare for me to review any delivery but this has been the WORST and I am still waiting on my delivery. Our samsung refrigerator got delivered by samsung to their warehouse on December 4th, originally supposed to be deliverd on the 30th of November. They took almost 3 weeks to schedule us for a delivery on Dec 23rd. We cancelled all our plans to make sure we were home for the delivery and not be the bottleneck at the last minute. We have been calling them everyday for a week, ahead of time to make sure we were still on track for Dec 23rd and they assured us on it. We were given the delivery window of 3 - 7:30PM but they called on the day to let us know that they are running late and now would be delivered around 8-8:30. We waited and kept calling again and they moved it to 9:30 PM. When called at 9:30 they said the delivery is now between 10:30PM - 12:00 AM. I am not even sure at this point if the representative on call knows how silly they sound when they mentioned that a delivery would happen at 10:30 PM in the night. The representative only repeated the same thing again again even when I was asking for the truth. They could have just said that they will reattempt but kept on giving false hopes. I let it go as it was pratically impossible and ridiculous. Today on Dec 24th when I called them for an update, they kept saying its on the way back to their warehouse and once its there, they will call to reschedule. No mention of an ETA, no attempts to make any sort of help. They cut the call while I was speaking of my concerns for the 20th time in one week. I am a pregnant women living without a refrigerator for 3 weeks now and baby on the way soon. I am beyond frustrated with these guys. They have the same thing to say on the call without using their brain on how to help resolve an issue for the customer. No matter what you ask they only respond with what they see on the tracking status. You people should try living without an essential item for 3 weeks while being pregnant and not being able to store the food as needed and then come out to run a business!!
