        This place is a joke except the joke is on the taxpayers. Plan on spending half a day here because with 24 windows and 1 window open it's ridiculous. I'm guessing lunch time. Now there's 3 windows open 45 minutes later and a lobby full of people. They give you enough information to hang yourself with creating multiple trips. One time they closed early for havoc issues so do not rely on open times disclosed on the internet. Seems if your a federal employee you can get away with doing the least.

        Closed on a Friday at noon during advertised business hours. Dozens of other people trying to get in as well. Nothing on door indicating closure. Does not answer phone.
