Captivated has streamlined our call ahead process/workload, and significantly reduced outgoing/incoming phone calls related to call aheads and reschedules. Communicating with the customer via text is less urgent and is an easier workload to manage vs. the phone ringing and becoming the priority in that moment. We love the software here at Lawn Rx in Latrobe, PA!

I absolutely love captivated! It is user friendly, an easy to understand platform. The customer support is fast to answer my questions. Being able to send graphics and links to customers is key. The announcement feature where I can send a large volume of texts to my customer base in a matter of minutes is essential in my business. I can't say enough good things about captivated.

This company is great for connecting with clients that can't or don't want to talk on the phone. Super user friendly and great support if you ever need to reach out. I have been using it for over a year and have never had an issue!

Captivated has made contacting customers the easiest part of my day! It has a variety of functions for our company, we send out pre notification messages to let our customers know when we're going to be out. It's also great when showing customers an issue in their lawn. We can snap a quick picture to send directly to them and then send another text that details what's going on. I also personally think it's easier on the customer because they have the ability to reference the message as often as they want, no more having to try to remember the information we told them when they can pull it up directly. Having records of communication with customers is also great when we need to reference a past conversations. Plus their support team is super quick to help and very knowledgeable. I don't know what I would do without captivated!
