Bryan F. Was absolutely amazing helping me deal with an issue that the CHASE FRAUD TEAM DROPPING THE BALL ON OVER measly $100 dollars. If it wasnt for him Chase would have lost not only my personal but my business accounts as well. Fudge you Chase, but thank you Bryan.

Building is old and dated. Be aware of your surroundings as the homeless and sketchy people walking around in the area. The Parking lot could really use resurfacing and freshening up. Teller is friendly and on point. Most Saturdays you may have to endure a lengthy line for the teller, not today when I went. Only one customer a head of me. I was so happy. Interior of bank lobby is very large and dated. Update: the air is out. The workers are having to endure these hot temperatures without air conditioning going on for three weeks now. Chase is renting the portion of the building although responsible for their employees and customers. Bring in temporary portable a/c units like Quoba did in Clarksville last year. Chase should figure this out. No one should have be in an office sweating for three weeks. Im disappointed. Update: went today and they had portable type air conditioners. Im glad the professional Chase employees are not having to suffer in this ninety degree plus heat.

Drive thru is slow as molasses. Most of employees are friendly and helpful.
