I had my new patient appointment today and was very impressed by Dr. Kapp and his entire office staff. The office coordinator was great about scheduling as well as billing and insurance coverage questions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kapp was very thorough in his exam. Dr. Kapp took the time to make sure I understood my treatment plan and made sure all my questions were answered. He sat and talked with me and I did not feel like he was rushing to get to the next patient as I often felt at my previous dentist. Dr. Kapp and his office is the best dental experience I have had and I highly recommend him and his office staff.

I appreciate how well everything was explained. Very friendly. Bonnie makes you feel welcome and is a great communicator.

Kapp Family Dental is amazing! Having some bad dental experiences from dental offices in the past I was skeptical. I had to have some minor dental work done yesterday. Jackie, Dr Kapp, Bonnie and all his supporting staff have changed my outlook on the dentist! They cared! They cared about my past bad experiences. They were gentle. They were kind. They kept me informed during the whole procedure, easing my anxiety. I'm so very appreciative of their patience and help to overcome my fear. I would recommend them to anyone!!

The staff is incredible! They made me feel like an old friend they hadn't seen in a while.. The Dr is honest and kind and very straightforward. I would happily recommend anyone to go here!
