        Service tech broke unit took parts with him notified twice they sent bill never fixed unit. Lost Corporate account. Service tech talking about strip clubs in front of teen. Unprofessional AF. They had the chance to fix the problem and got nothing but the run around. Ask Phil your service tech who broke the unit. We are a corporate acct. with opportunity to install more units you did nothing but run us around, your problem and loss. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

        The technician was awesome. Had my fireplace back up and running in no time. Sorry to report the fireplace only worked for a day. When the technician returned, he told me they would need another $1000+ to get it running again.

        Absolutely insane. Had service done and their technician carries a concealed gun. You can tell by the clips on his belt it's one of those in waist band holsters. Like why do you need to bring a gun in my house. I'll never call these crazy people again. Service: Heating system maintenance
