WestRidge Flats

Ive lived here since August of 2021 and ive loved living here. Maintenance is quick to resolve our issues, bringing us a new fridge and a new dryer. Nichole is always on it with answering any questions and concerns I have. I love having the firepits to be able to go to and hangout at, I do think, like I saw in other reviews, a pool wouldve been a great amenity to add but besides that I would recommend living here to anyone!

We moved in this January and were impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. They assisted us with our requests prior to moving in, ensuring a smooth transition. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the spaciousness exceeded our expectations for the price. Our puppy loves the well-maintained dog park, although occasional lapses in cleaning by other residents are quickly addressed by regular premises maintenance. The abundance of security cameras and ample lighting contributes to a sense of safety, especially during nighttime dog walks. The amenities, including fire pits, are a highlight, and the management team has consistently been responsive to our needs, promptly addressing any minor issues in the apartment. Overall, it's a fantastic and quiet place to call home.

My wife and I moved into Westridge Flats in 2022, and while the staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, there's a major downside that's hard to ignorethe paper-thin walls. From day one, it became apparent that sound travels way too easily between apartments. Conversations, footsteps, and even the faintest of noises from neighboring units infiltrate the tranquility of my own space. It's disappointing, especially when seeking a peaceful living environment. However, despite this notable flaw, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They've been attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring about addressing any concerns I've raised. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help have certainly made the experience more bearable. In summary, Westridge Flats could greatly improve by investing in soundproofing solutions to mitigate the noise issues. Nonetheless, if you prioritize excellent customer service and can overlook the thin walls, the friendly staff might just make this place feel like home.

I am definitely not one to ever leave a review, but I feel that I would be doing a disservice to the community by not informing others of my experience here. First, one particular maintenance man made me feel extremely uncomfortable; asking where my boyfriend was at, taking my dogs leash out of my hand while I was taking him on a walk and walking my dog into his apartment, telling me I remind him of his ex, etc. So, my boyfriend emails the staff and I assume what happened was that he got a slap on the wrist because he continued to work there after. Then, after this incident we get an email saying we need to pay for our dog to be there while we were in the middle of getting him registered to be an emotional support dog as my dad had just been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. I had talked to Nichole about this and she showed no empathy and was extremely rude about the situation and basically told me too bad, and that he had to be paid for immediately, even after I pointed out on the lease that it never explicitly had a timeframe that a dog had to be registered as an emotional support animal. We felt very singled out in this community and I would never recommend living here.
