        I was shown a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. On the website is listed as $1499 and up. I went through the process to view the apartment and then was quoted $2000 a month. The furnishings and amenities (carpeting, limited storage space, outdated fixtures) are nowhere near the price that they are trying to charge. I was upfront with my budget and they acted like that would be within reason and then was quoted that cost at the end of my visit. For that price everything should be top-notch. Also, the website and staff are not honest about price. My current apartment is $500 cheaper a month and much nicer. I had inquired due to interest in the enclosed yards but that does not justify a $500 up charge a month.

        I absolutely love my experience with Alyssa please give her high marks she is wonderful! From the first call she was polite wonderful patient. I had a lot of things going on before I was able to commit and she was so helpful. I also love this place!! Its perfect for me! The neighbors are friendly! Please know that Alyssa is so personable in every way! She checked in on me several times and even while driving to be here! She answered all questions in a timely manner! She is awesome! I so appreciate her ! I am so happy for her and I love my new place! Please give her high marks and everyone needs to be with her she will make it amazing for you!

        I was looking for a place to move into relatively quick. Stopped by for a tour, and was not disappointed. Wonderful staff, including Alycia, who was able to find a place with my specifications and spent a decent amount of time making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible all the way from introductions to after move in. Experience was absolutely excellent.
