Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites

Very clean, very friendly, dog friendly hotel right off the Interstate, close to ISU and a wonderful full breakfast is the morning! Rooms: Clean and spacious Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing made fresh everyday and the coffee was unlimited with a varity!

Appreciate that I was able to bring my dog at a relatively small fee and that there was a designated walking area. There is a hot breakfast. The coffee machine has a variety of speciality drinks. The Fill Up Station across the parking lot has nice food options. The room is showing a little wear and tear. We were across the hall from the party room and next to the exit so at times it was loud before 11 pm. We had a microwave and mini frig in the room. Wifi was excellent.

All accommodations were as expected from a Best Western facility. Rooms were well maintained, the breakfast was excellent and the gym and pool area were operable. Parking was proportional to the amount of guest rooms.

I was bitten by bed bugs while I was stayed here. It was awful, absolutely miserable. I had bites all over and it hurt for weeks. Im paranoid to stay at hotels. I ended up tossing out luggage. The staff was nice enough put me in a different room, but no refund and no admission to the bed bugs. I will never stay here again. I called Sondra, she sounded surprised and made it sound like there havent been other complaints. A quick Google search and its easy to see there were several complaints in the months before and after my trip. It sounds like it had been an ongoing issue.
