        Absolute garbage experience. Sold me a bad phone. Refused to return my previous phone. Lost my trade in credit and had to buy my old model phone at full retail not even price matched to fair market value. Go to a Verizon corporate store do not go to ANY victra associated stores.

        Michelle was very nice and helped me thru buying a new phone and tablet. Answered my questions and when I went back in she helped to rearrange some things to make it easier to navigate. Great customer service.
