Pollard Family Dentistry

Dr Pollard is amazing! I had a very bad experience at another location after calling dentists most the morning I reached Pollard Family Dentistry. The staff not only got me in today to do x-rays and see what was going on they even got me in for a cleaning. The staff is super friendly. I hated going to the dentist, after this experience looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended! Thank you for all you guys do!

Had the best experience here! I have had traumatic experiences with dentists and I actually had a great time here!! My hygienist was so nice and super gentle and dr.pollard was super friendly! 10/10 experience(:

After our Visit: It is Awesome dental clinic. Everything they doing in Quick and what we expect . Especially Dr. Pollard and staffs are very good person handling patient in good manner, explaining all issues more in detail. And He solved my dental problem with Quickly. If there is an option for enter 10 Star I will give 10 star.

I was a patient there for 10 years. I decided to take the office up on their offer for a lifetime supply of teeth whitening gel which was to be given every 6 months. I attended every appointment and if I couldnt I called to reschedule. In 2020 I was informed there was a new dentist and that the whitening gel changed and I will no longer receive my lifetime supply unless I pay again for this new gel. No notification, no refund offered, no anything. Fast forward to 2022 I had an appointment scheduled. My kid had gotten sick and we decided it was best for her to stay home from school to be safe (still in the middle of the pandemic). I called the dentist office that opened at 8am as I was scheduled at 8am to cancel due to that reason. I was dismissed as a patient because I didnt call at 8am the day before as my daughter was feeling well and I didnt know she would have to stay home the next morning. I needed a filling in my tooth that he continuously missed and told me nothing was wrong, I had a root canal that still bother me. Its hard because of the type of insurance I have I was basically left with no choice but to continue with this clinic. I cant believe they dismissed me as a patient because my child was sick and I wasnt able to give a 24hr notice after being a patient for 10 years. Just be aware people!!!
