Motion

My S.O. works here. He likes the job enough to stay when he has had more money offered to him to go elsewhere. The problem that makes him consider quitting is dealing with the human resources department. They never have the answers to simple benefits questions. He missed deadlines even after asking them for more information. And even lost benefits because of their lack of knowledge and failure to follow up. They will cause employee turnover and probably already has. With the professional job market being as competitive as it is there is no reason to keep HR professionals who aren't performing well. An HR job in Cedar Rapids could easily have 30 more qualified candidates.
