James was very helpful and honest about our situation when we had an initial consultation with fire my mortgage. Even though we weren't financial prepared to go through the process yet, he helped direct us towards resources that we could use to change that. I look forward to working with him on our house mortgage in the future and would recommend him to anyone who'd like to see a better change in their mortgage or finances in general and are willing to take steps towards financial peace.

James is true professional, patient and attentive to your individual situation, the math is there, once we could see it no convincing was needed, we were in! We weren't sure if we would benefit as we had little debt and a low mortgage rate, but after talking with James and agreeing to his services we will shave years off our mortgage and relearn our entire financial outlook, we are excited and looking forward to this process!

Working with James has been an amazing experience. Little did I know that after meeting him, and working through our finances, he helped us create a plan that we followed to the T! We payed off our house in 3 years, how amazing is that! James has always been a call or text away whenever something major changes in our finances, and he's there to help regroup and keep pushing forwards to your financial freedom. Highly recommend, and will definitely work with him again on our next property.
