        Great location, amazing staff, modern design. Velocity is the perfect place to live, Peggy and Tiana were a tremendous help every step of the way! The maintenance team responded quick and solved any issues that came up. Sad my time is up early in Des Moines, if Im back I will be choosing Velocity again! Thank you Peggy & Tiana!

        I recently moved out, but I must say that I had an amazing experience living at Velocity. The office staff, Peggy and Tianna, were very helpful and caring. They were always available to quickly resolve any issues that I had. The maintenance staff were also great at keeping the grounds and units well-maintained and were quick to fix any problems. The amenities offered to tenants, including the pool, dog park, game rooms, fitness center, yoga room, rooftop patio, and grill, were all fantastic. Additionally, I had very friendly neighbors, and the neighborhood was great. The river walk was also just a block away, which was very convenient. I highly recommend living at Velocity if you plan on moving to the East Village.
