        Thee worst place to try to talk to someone. I have been on hold for 48 minutes. Waited in que as well, when someone calls you back, the call automatically drops. I received an email saying I must have forgot a payment that is automated from my bank on 3/19/2024. Called to tell them I checked with my bank and the payment went through like it always does on the 1st of every month. Why am I getting this email 20 days later? When they were running the 2% refi deal a few years back is when I left Wells Fargo for this 2% loan. I would rather go back to my 4% interest and have 'real' people care about customer satisfaction. Now it has been 58 minutes.

        We were there when I needed them and I was from Illinois so its good to know theyre branching out other cities like Des Moines where I am now 5 stars

        The staff is courteous and well informed. The associate who opened our accounts steered is to an option with an interest rate higher than what we had been earning elsewhere. We met the branch manager, and were positively impressed by how personable she was.
